• To provide a clear Biblical understanding of the Kingdom of God and the Spirit-empowered ministry of Jesus Christ, the ministry that he preached, modeled, and gave to his disciples.
• To model the ministry of the Kingdom through one-on-one and group ministry encounters. We will model doing the things that Jesus did, such as following His voice, ministering with spiritual gifts, prophecy, physical healing, inner healing, deliverance, and salvation. Our prayer is that your current paradigm regarding the supernatural works of God will shift because you hear it in the Word, see it demonstrated, and personally encounter the Holy Spirit at work.
• To impart hunger, faith, vision, confidence, and the desire to minister the Kingdom of God in every context in which you live. (Note: We believe Jesus has released all His disciples to minister the Kingdom of God to others at home, work, in the marketplace, or other settings, with the confident expectation that God will work to answer their prayers—most often in the moment—to extend His Kingdom, through His love, authoritative power, divine encounters, signs, wonders, and miracles.)
•  To impart spiritual gifts and power from Heaven to do the works that Jesus did in ministering His Kingdom reality.
•  To provide hands-on experience (literally) in ministering Kingdom realities to one another. We will do this in an atmosphere of Presence, testimony, and trial and error, as we probe the realities of God’s Kingdom and how to minister it together.
•  To introduce every believer to a basic Kingdom ministry methodology, flowing from dialogue with the Lord, His grace, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We will also discuss the importance of character and basic protocol issues surrounding one-on-one Kingdom ministry, preaching, and prayer engagements.
•  To focus especially on receiving the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit, spiritual gifts, a working practice in prophecy, physical healing, inner healing, deliverance, and power evangelism. We also hope to activate you in spiritual discernment, faith-filled mindsets, the Father’s love, intercession, and revival as you begin to minister the supernatural aspects of God’s Kingdom in your church, sphere of relationships, and the world.
•  BridgeWay Church Staff, Leadership and Our Ministry Team: While all are free to minister the Kingdom in any context by the commission of Jesus, we are looking to adequately train our staff, leaders, and ministry team members so that when you minister to people attending our church or conferences they feel safe and will receive excellent ministry from people who move in the love of Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, are subject to leadership, correction, and accountability. This course is a prerequisite to being accepted on the BridgeWay Ministry Team. An application for our ministry team will be made available to you after the course.

• Class Sessions over six weekend seminars (3 weekends in the Fall, 3 in the Spring. In these seminars, we run two 3 – 3 ½ hour sessions on Saturday and one on Sunday afternoon.)
• Class Sessions over 17 weeks of 3 – 3 ½ hours each. Two blocks of 9 weeks Fall and Spring, or one 18-week block in the Spring January to May. An optional 18^th week is a dinner celebration, testimonies, impartation tunnel, ministry team protocol training and discussion of where to go from here. The class is taught live with modeling, Q&A, impartation, activation, and periodic outreach activities.
• Class Sessions over 34 weeks 1 ½ to 2-hour sessions (Fall 16 weeks, Spring 18 weeks). This format is ideas for schools of ministry and allows for plenty of time for outreaches and practice and a little bit more flexibility with Q&A and ministry.

For 36 weeks (a school year), 2-hour sessions.

For an 18-week semester, 3–3½ hour sessions.
